Any Account registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended without notice pending verification. dmd686 reserves the right to void any wagers placed and to withhold any associated winnings from Accounts found to contain materially inaccurate registration data.

As an anti-money-laundering (AML) control, withdrawals must, wherever technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. dmd686 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal to a new or different payment method.
dmd686 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are outside dmd686's control and are your responsibility.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
dmd686 employs automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus more than once, placing low-variance hedged bets designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Account without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
dmd686 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market that has been suspended, where the stake exceeds a Member's approved betting limit, or where dmd686 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of an event.
In the event that odds, payouts, or game outcomes are published as a result of a technical error or human error that is clearly incorrect ("palpable error"), dmd686 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return all stakes to the Members' Accounts. A palpable error includes, without limitation, odds offered at a price that is materially inconsistent with the prevailing market price immediately prior to the error.
The use of automated betting bots, scripting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical device to place bets on dmd686 is strictly prohibited. dmd686 monitors all wagering activity and reserves the right to void bets and suspend Accounts where non-human wagering patterns are detected.
Any Member found to be involved in collusion with other Members, or found to have prior knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting or gaming outcomes, will have their Account permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited. dmd686 cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies where match-fixing is suspected.

You may close your dmd686 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, dmd686 will process any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending wager obligations) back to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been fulfilled.
Upon Account closure, your license to access and use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) — will continue to apply.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2 before the effective date.
